Our company was born in 1949 by Raffaele Biscotti, experiencing an initial and encouraging development during the following decade. Since those times, direct sales has been the preferred way of approaching the customer and which has subsequently distinguished us. The short supply chain, the means of escape from the impersonal logic of the market, was also the ideal place for the establishment of a close dialogue between producer and consumer, the result of which was, and still is, what we define as an unrepeatable relationship: our experience, your trust.
The company consists of about two thousand plants of the Ogliarola Garganica cultivar, a variety that produces an oil with unmistakable organoleptic qualities.
For three generations our commitment, carried forward through the judicious combination of traditional methods and technological innovations, allows us to make available to the customer a qualitatively superior product, albeit artisanal and capable of restoring original emotions and flavours.
